Kathryn Stahlbaum, MSc.Ed
Owner, Certified Doula & Breastfeeding CoachKathryn is the owner of Let Them Latch and a certified doula, breastfeeding coach, and educator. She is deeply passionate about helping mothers find the support they deserve throughout their motherhood journeys. As a mom to three little ones herself, Kathryn understands firsthand what families need in this season of life, because she's right there in it with you. When she's not at a birth, teaching breastfeeding classes, or supporting postpartum families, she can be found adventuring with her own little family.
Kennedy McIsaac
Postpartum DoulaKennedy is a postpartum doula and a mom of one. This work is deeply personal to her, especially after navigating her own postpartum experience, she felt called to support other women through this transformative stage of life. Kennedy is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where women feel heard and cared for as they find their footing in the postpartum period. Whether you're adjusting, healing, or simply trying to catch your breath, she believes you deserve to feel held through every step of it. You don't have to do postpartum alone.
Heather DeGraaf
Registered Nurse & Breastfeeding CoachHeather is a registered nurse with nine years of experience and a mom to three children. Her passion for breastfeeding support was born from her own personal experience. While on her second maternity leave, she found breastfeeding to be far more challenging than she expected. She took matters into her own hands and enrolled in courses. She is now working toward becoming a licensed lactation consultant (IBCLC) and is eager to share everything she has learned along the way. Whether breastfeeding feels like a struggle or is going smoothly, she is here to help.
Karyn Melfi
Postpartum Doula & Newborn PhotographerKaryn is a mom of three and a newborn photographer with over ten years of experience, and someone who genuinely loves supporting families during the newborn stage. She has had the privilege of working closely with countless parents as they welcomed new babies, and that closeness naturally grew into a deeper passion for caring for families in a more hands-on way. As a mother herself, she understands just how beautiful, emotional, and exhausting those early days with a newborn can be. Through both overnight and daytime support, her goal is to help families feel cared for, comfortable, and less alone during the transition. She is known for being warm, personable, professional, and a strong communicator, and she brings a calming presence, practical support, and genuine relational care to every family she works with.
Jenn Osier
Birth Doula & Breastfeeding CoachJenn is a certified birth doula and childbirth educator through Doula Canada and a proud member in good standing of the AOD. With ten years of experience supporting families through birth, her dedication to this work runs deep. During the pandemic, when doulas faced significant barriers, she pivoted and became a PSW, bringing that same spirit of care to a very different stage of life. But the call to birth work never left her. She took a leap of faith and is now back supporting families through birth and breastfeeding. Outside of her work, Jenn is surrounded by a full and beautiful family, including her husband, children, a stepchild, in-laws, and a gorgeous grandson. Family remains one of the greatest joys of her life.
