Ongoing virtual support throughout your pregnancy.
1-hour prenatal visit to become acquainted, discuss birth preferences and create your birth plan, discuss postpartum options and create your postpartum plan, discuss local resources, and answer any questions.
TENS Machine available to you during labour.
Continuous labour and birth support at home or hospital.
Immediate postpartum & breastfeeding support.
One, 3-hour postpartum visit in your home.
Ongoing text/call support throughout pregnancy and continuing six weeks postpartum to answer questions, calm fears & ensure a smooth transition.
